Granny June has very kindly allowed me to get a spit sample so that I can test her DNA! Which means I will be able to see what DNA I got from her and what I got from Dad. It will be submitted to Ancestry and Gedmatch and I will be able to match it all up. We will also find out her origins and I am expecting a bit of Welsh in there, as her family on her mother’s side lived on the Welsh borders. We shall see!
